Login Issues
If you are having issues logging in, please read this section before contacting the Real Estate office.
- You created a USER name PASSWORD when you signed up. Your user name & password are unique and both are case sensitive. For example, if your user name is “Smith”, and your password is “Woodloch”, you must enter it with a capital “S” and a capital “W” or login will fail. DO NOT PUT YOU EMAIL ADDRESS INTO THE USER NAME BOX.
- If you have forgotten or misplaced your credentials, there is an option to “reset” your password. This will ask for your email address. You will then be sent a link to reset your password to your email account. Click or copy and paste that link into your browser bar. **If you don’t receive this email, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder in your email client**
A NEW PASSWORD WILL BE ASSIGNED TO YOU AUTOMATICALLY. THE NEW PASSWORD WILL BE A SECURE PASSWORD. COPY AND PASTE THIS PASSWORD INTO THE LOGIN BOX. (you should SAVE this password so that you have for future login to the site) - If you have followed these steps, and still are having issues, please email info@woodlochrealestate.com for help.
